INO ENERGY has independent cold forming workshop for stainless steel, hot forming workshop for carbon steel and alloy steel, forging facility and pre-fabricated pipeline spool workshop. The company has a complete set of production equipment. At present, we have about 150 sets of advanced equipment, such as four column hydraulic press(3000T), medium frequency press machine (3000T), elbow cold forming machine (DN800), TEE cold extrusion machine (DN500), medium frequency elbow machine (DN1000, Thk30mm), plate rolling machine(3200mm*55mm). The maximum diameter of seamless pipe fittings can reach DN600、wall thickness ≤ 120mm; the maximum diameter of welded pipe fittings can reach DN2500、wall thickness ≤ 100mm; the maximum diameter of forged pipe fittings can reach DN600.
