Eurocrane Explosion-proof Crane Technical Description
EUROCRANE explosion-proof crane is mainly divided into gas explosion-proof and dust explosion-proof;Gas explosion-proof crane covers zone 1 and 2, dust explosion-proof products cover zone 21 and 22, temperature classification is T1~T4. The capacity of explosion-proof crane is 1T~200T.

4.1 No-spark Hoist Electric Motor Non-spark motor imported from Italy which ensure the safety and reliability. The standard dual-speed hoisting motor with thermistor for harsh working environment. 60% continuous power connection and cooling fan. Ingress Protection level IP55. | ![]() |
4.2 Limit Switch The explosion-proof rotary up-and –down limitswitch is fixed on the end surfaceof the drum and effectively controls the rise and fall of thehook. The limit switches have a rugged external enclosure made of G20 cast iron,ensuring protection against water anddust. Transmission and gear driving shafts are made of AISI 316 stainless steel to prevent oxidation andwear. | ![]() |
4.3 Drum The high-strength hoisting drumis produced with multiple processing steps, resulting in accuratesize and durable performance. The multi-stage lifting height limiter installed atthe end of thedrum enables effective slow-down and stop, allowing saferoperation. | ![]() |

4.8 CraneGirder
The crane girders are of welded girder construction. This result in lower dead weights
withahighdegreeofverticalandhorizontalrigidityandsmallerwheelloadsbeing
transmitted to the cranerunway.
-The crane girders are of welded box-type girderconstruction
-The vertical flexibility with full load is less than 1/1000span.
No cuts or sections in main girders for both hallcranes
Maintenance platform is installed along one of the girder of the crane for both twohall
cranes. On the opposite girder only platform to maintain long travel movementwheels at both sides aredesigned
